Unregistered Properties - If your property is not registered with the Land Registry, a suitable Evidence of Title will need to be produced. This will usually be in the form of an Epitome of Title, and most solicitors will provide this free of charge with your conveyancing.
We can provide you with an Epitome of Title for £50.00
Printed copies of the HIP are available at extra cost.
